What is 3V?
The Oxford Centre for Triple Value Healthcare is a programme that supports health systems achieve optimal outcomes for populations and individuals given the resources available.
We do this through …

… and in doing so support health systems to increase Triple Value (population, technical and personal value), thereby helping to improve outcomes and make better use of the resources available.
We focus on the issues faced by populations with common healthcare needs, irrespective of whether the people in need are already known to the health system.
Our Focus
The issues we focus on are determined by where opportunities for the greatest value improvement in a health system can be found, for example:
disease groups, such as people with cardiovascular disease
population groups, such as older people
healthcare system challenges, such as managing urgent care
